So my freezer decided to quit on me at the worst possible time. The ice cream was melting, and you know, wouldn't have it. Found these folks, RowlandHeights Harmony Appliance Repair, through a quick online search and thought, 'Why not?' I was expecting the usual drama, but honestly, they were ace.
A technician popped by the same day. Gotta say, he was right on time, which is rare these days! He checked out the freezer, said something about the thermostat needing a fix—didn't get too technical, thank goodness. He was in and out pretty quick, which was nice cause I had stuff to do.
The whole time, the tech was super friendly, explaining just enough so I knew what was up, but not enough to make my brain hurt. Now, my freezer’s back to doing its thing—keeping my ice cream happy! So glad I found them. Overall, a chilled experience—pun intended.
